Landscaping
Weather permitting; services are generally performed on Wednesdays. To prevent damage to the grounds service is not be provided when the ground is soft from rain. If service is missed, it will be performed when the ground can support mowers without property damage. WVN landscaping contract provides trees canopies be cut to a height no lower than 8′ from all pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and all plant material be pruned in a manner that is conducive with growth.
Snow Removal
Due to the cost, the Board determines the need for snow plowing and sidewalk clearing based on the forecasted accumulation, as well as projected weather and temperature conditions following the snow event. Snowfalls of less than 3″ are not plowed.
Routine Maintenance
Buildings are scheduled for routine maintenance every other year, in the fall. It includes pressure washing, gutter/downspout cleaning, painting shutters, front doors, column and trim around back doors (where applicable and necessary). However, all buildings are assessed; buildings in need of service are added to the schedule out of rotation.
